Nakamoto Games – Terms & Conditions for $NAKA Token

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the $NAKA utility token (“$NAKA” or “Token”) within the Nakamoto Games ecosystem, including all games, platforms, features, and related services (“Nakamoto Games,” “Platform,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By acquiring, holding, or using $NAKA, you (“User,” “you,” or “holder”) agree to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree, you must refrain from purchasing, using, or otherwise interacting with $NAKA or the Platform.
1. Nature and Purpose of $NAKA
1.1. Utility Token Only. $NAKA is strictly a utility token used to access, interact with, and participate in the Nakamoto Games ecosystem.
1.2. Non-Investment Asset. $NAKA is not:
a security
an investment contract
a financial product
a digital asset intended for speculation
or any form of promise of future value or returns
1.3. Functionality. $NAKA may be used for:
in-game actions
access to platforms and game modes
rewards and digital item interactions
ecosystem features and services
Its utility is limited to the Nakamoto Games ecosystem.
2. No Financial Advice, No Guarantees
2.1. No Representations of Profit. Nakamoto Games makes no claims, guarantees, or assurances regarding:
• token value • market performance • potential returns • or appreciation in price
2.2. Market-Driven Value. The value of $NAKA is determined solely by open market demand, independent trading activity, and external market conditions.
2.3. Volatility Notice. Token prices may fluctuate significantly. You may lose all funds spent acquiring $NAKA. You acknowledge and accept this risk.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1. Risk Assessment. You are solely responsible for evaluating:
• the risks of acquiring and using $NAKA • market conditions • your personal financial situation
3.2. No Reliance. You agree not to rely on:
• statements by the team • community content • third-party communications as financial advice or assurances of future performance.
3.3. Legal Compliance. You are responsible for ensuring that acquiring and using $NAKA complies with your local laws and regulations. $NAKA is not available to individuals or entities who are residents, citizens, or located in the United States of America, or in any jurisdiction where cryptocurrencies or digital asset activities are prohibited or heavily restricted, including but not limited to China, Egypt, Algeria, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Nepal, and Kuwait. If you are located in, reside in, or are a national of any such restricted or high-risk jurisdiction, or any jurisdiction where the regulatory status of cryptocurrencies is unclear, prohibited, or subject to severe limitations, you must not acquire, hold, use, or interact in any form with the $NAKA token or the Nakamoto Games ecosystem.
4. No Ownership, No Rights, No Claims
4.1. No Equity or Governance Rights. Holding $NAKA does not grant:
• shares or equity • voting or governance rights • ownership of Nakamoto Games • entitlement to revenues or profits
4.2. No Claim to Assets. $NAKA holders have no claim on:
• company assets • treasury funds • intellectual property • platform revenue
5. Platform Use and Limitations
5.1. Service Availability. Nakamoto Games may, at its sole discretion:
• modify • suspend • restrict • or terminate any aspect of the platform without prior notice.
5.2. No Liability for Losses. We are not liable for:
• market losses • token devaluation • user mistakes • third-party exchange failures • wallet loss or key mismanagement
5.3. Third-Party Platforms. Exchanges listing $NAKA operate independently. We have:
• no control over trading environments • no responsibility for listing or delisting • no influence over exchange liquidity, actions, or user funds
6. Prohibited Actions
Users may not:
• use $NAKA for unlawful purposes • attempt to manipulate market prices • impersonate Nakamoto Games • misrepresent the purpose of the token • violate local laws or sanctions
We may restrict access for any violation.
7. No Partnership or Obligations
Your acquisition or use of $NAKA does not create:
a partnership

agency
fiduciary duty
or any enforceable obligation from Nakamoto Games

10. Amendments
Nakamoto Games reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of $NAKA or the Platform signifies acceptance of updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Nakamoto Games operates. Any disputes must be addressed in that jurisdiction exclusively.
