# How to Sell Lands

### Selling Nakaverse Land NFT

To sell Nakaverse Land, click on the marketplace tab under the NFT, it will open up a new page.

In this page you will see the land information. Click on **SELL NOW** to start selling the land.

A pop-up modal will appear where you can input the selling price for the land in $NAKA. When the transaction is processed, your land will be available on the P2P Lands section in NAKA marketplace and if the land is sold, you will receive the $NAKA amount that goes towards your Web3 wallet directly.
